Been catchin up on quite a bit of dexter now. Its such a good series! I like the blood splatter visuals,the crime solving,the slighty geeky stuff they do ( not as potent as chuck or bbt though). Awesome series!

pretty much your average sunday.
Except for two pretty random encounters.
Right after church,we took the bus to bedok interchange for lunch.so i was seated beside this middle-aged indian man. He then striked up a conversation with me and we talked about truely random stuff that left my cg mates perplexed. So then at the market, this elder malay woman also talked to me about truely random stuff.haha. Oh well , as long as it makes somebody happy,i'd be happy to talk! =)

Fix up soundbar day! and tidy up cables day! Did quite a bit today by clearing the cables behind my desk. Tidied them up and my my, i must say my table looks a lot less messier now! feel awesome! My soundbar sounds great too! only regret is that it cannot go above certain level so i cant BOOM BOOM BOOM. ahhahaha.

Today, i realised the true power of the internet. Or rather how easy knowledge can be achieved. ok not like the other day didnt already prove it, but i was once again amazed today. heh.
Encountered some problem trying to boot my win 7 after installing VWware player on my HP 8530w, did a search on google on my N900 because my windows refuse to get past the windows logon screen and realised that i'm not the only one with the problem! Managed to solve my issue in just 5 mins. Thank God for www.google.com. haha.

woo!! 70 whole days!
Today does feel a lil warmer than ytd. Wha feels awesome to sleep in cooling morning weather but for some reason, my body refuses to let me sleep past 10 or 11am so i always have to get up at that time no matter how late i sleep. oh and another reason is because my room curtains arent exactly the thickest ones so i get woken by the sun pretty often. Anyways i dont always get to sleep past 7am so it doenst really bother me..i guess. heh. Attempt to complete my assignment day! and not drag..and drag..and drag.
Been surfing up a bit on the US army and boy i must say, their media people are good. Makes me feel like joining the corp. But nah, cant cuz i'm here in sunny island! And i like it here :D

Oh, today's supposed to be a monday but i forgot to blog. hee hee ,gets a bit boring when you're home and you're stuck with a lousy routine. no pictures to take! nothing significant to blog about! well, i shall attempt to talk about something.
Read on the escalation of the Thai situation. Personally, i think the government should have done what they did sooner. Its perfectly acceptable and ok for the people to have a protest and demand stuff, but to have a month long one and disrupt the economy? Thats not very smart considering a lot of them are in the protest because they think the government is ignoring them or the split between the poor and the rich. And with their actions, they've just jeopardize the entire country's economy and cash flow. Now more problems will appear. geniuses. Every side will have their version of the argument, but to disrupt the economy is not a very smart move.

Whao. So weird to spend my sunday at home. Normally spend the whole day out at church, having lunch and all. feel a little bit lost when i've got so much time on my hands. dont know wat to do with them! Well i've come up with a pretty good routine though
1) Eat lunch
2) Play assassin creed for 3 hrs or so
3) Watch some tv serial (lost,bbt,ff,chuck,watever i can find)
4) back to assassin creed
5) dinner
6) tv serial or play fb games
7) sleep.
next day, do it all over again. ahhahaha

Ooh, i didnt know that there's a oil rig explosion near the Gulf of Mexico and it has caused tons of oil to spill. crap. hahaha. Thank aaron.
Thats millions of gallons of oil! crap. Our resources are already so scarce and now these kinda things happen. Just wasting it. And imagine all the living creatures affected by the spill, birds that will drown when they attempt to feed off the fishes of the ocean, fishes get their oxygen covered. Massive headache man.

The same ol as per the other days, but! what a huge surprise i had came 6:30pm!I was so shocked to see my cavewoman!omg and she came bearing great gifts! wha! i'm so shocked! i was so happy seeing them and her that i teared. 3rd day with my MC, decided to spend the day playing Assassin's Creed II. Its actually quite an fun game! Well, i've never really liked RPG games because they take too much of my time, but this? this one takes the cake! The world is quite immersive, the missions are quite fun and the character uses Pakour to get around! And i've got so much time to waste so..RPG's the way to go!

2) gps that gives stupid results

Saw this young 'couple' who looks like they're 13 (ok la they're nt really a couple cuz i dun think they're together.nt yet anyways) on the way back. They look so innocent! Then it got me thinkin. When they grow older,would they look back n think about wat they did or experienced when they're 13?wld they think its a stupid decision to be dating or courting so young? I guess they reminded me of the feelings i had, the excitement when you arrange to meet a girl. I think back then,young couples prolly get together becuz its novel,interesting,something new to us. But i think,for young boys n girls nowadays,i dun think its so innocent.i dunno,but i think society n social norms has changed ovr the years n thing nt acceptable in my time is ok now..

I was juz thinkin while in the showers,about jersey shore.
See,this series is about a bunch of beefcakes n skanky girls stayin in this house together n workin in a t shirt shop at the beach n shows them partying n stuff. Its really a thrashy show. But the thing is, in the series,they show that its perfectly normal for girls to show everything they have n act like skanky hoes in the clubs n its absolutely normal for ppl to hook up with random girls n guys n juz have sex with them.
Is this television of the 21st century? That this kind of desensitizing is going to set youths n young adults into early sex? Like the bible says,perhaps this is the perverse generation.

Came home to a surprise!found a Labrador retriever that my mom's sis passed to us.but i dun think we can own a dog now.especially nt a retreiver.place is too small. Still, we got a bit of fun with him n pictures too!

Fwah!3 weeks!almost a month now!heh so exciting!
Last nite,our damn fire alarm rang 3 times at nite! Stupid. Cant slp properly. Short slp!
Then it was hot last nite...i think its my bunk.. =( Lousy nite.

Anyways,i was readin some of our older sms in office ytd,then my colleague said "eh crazy ah.read sms also smile until like that." Haha. Yea..heart warming n really sweet!

Hmm.the other day i attempted to blog while i was in the toilet.then i sent the text to facebook so now its lost -__- so here i am,in the toilet again.but this time,i've alrdy typed out the addresse!to blogger so this time i wont lose it!so yea i was thinkin the other day that one should never get attached juz only to fulfill one's emotional need.but its also to further complement,accentuate ur partners gd points,n also to grow n mature together.finding that one correct person is difficult.stayin together is a whole different ball game.fallin in love is easy.stayin in is not.but we're always learning in our lifetime here!so use all ur experiences to grow!nothing happens for no reason.ok finished pooping.

When i started doing duty in the past, i would always make an effort to make small talk with the duty officer, chat, find out stuff. Now, i dont really bother to find out more about the person already. I have no idea why. Am i getting tired? Or is human interaction in the army just....a waste of time? Something's gotta change! Today,i talked to one of my guys who on purpose,hurt himself so he cld get mc over a long period of time.what has past,has past.I shall nt talk abt the actions we took and we'll leave it at that.instead, i want to explore his psyche. What would drive a person to do such a thing to himself?and more importantly,Why? The purpose just to get 3 months mc?For that same period you'd be physically bothered because of the pain and the recurring check ups and stuff. There's just so much trouble to go through just for that self-infliction no? I guess peer pressure makes a big deal of difference and when multiple 'friends' psycho you, then it makes it easier for you to be suckered into it. Oh well. Time for breakfast!
